What We Cover
We begin with your actual financial flows, not a bank questionnaire. We review the ownership structure, licenses, and business model, customer and supplier geography, currencies, expected turnover, and the size and frequency of payments. We separately assess signatories and beneficial owners, residence status, tax jurisdictions, source of funds, and source of wealth.
On this basis, we determine the appropriate format: a local, international, or digital bank; a corporate or personal product; one account or several banking relationships. We account for multicurrency needs, international transfers, cards, online banking, minimum balance, and other required features. Banks and products that do not fit the client’s profile are excluded before filing.
Before the first contact with a bank, we align the licensed activities, contracts, invoices, website, company profile, projected turnover, and payment flows. Inconsistencies and gaps are addressed in advance. We work without intermediaries and confirm requirements directly with the relevant relationship managers and compliance personnel.
We prepare the banking file for mainland companies, free zone companies, and foreign entities. The package includes the license, registration and constitutional documents, account-opening resolution, ownership chart, details of beneficial owners, directors and signatories, proof of address, visas and Emirates IDs, where applicable. For foreign shareholders and parent companies, we separately prepare registry extracts, the corporate chain, and duly executed documents.
The bank must see a clear, operating business rather than a collection of scans. We therefore describe the product or service, customers, suppliers, settlement countries, currencies, projected turnover, and movement of funds. We support the profile with contracts, invoices, statements, proof of initial funding, and other documents that explain the commercial rationale of the transactions.
We do not submit the application into an anonymous general queue. We use established working relationships with banks, bring the matter to the appropriate relationship manager, confirm the KYC package in advance, and respond promptly to compliance questions. Direct communication without intermediaries reduces administrative delays, avoids unnecessary rounds of correspondence, and keeps the matter moving.
We first define the purpose of the account: income receipt, personal payments, savings, investments, property-related expenses, or international transfers. We then compare available products by currencies, minimum balance, cards, digital banking, international transactions, and overall banking profile requirements.
We prepare the personal KYC package: passport, Emirates ID, residence visa, proof of address and employment, employment contract or documents of the client’s own company, bank statements, source of income and source of funds information, tax residence, and CRS forms. The package explains expected incoming funds and the actual purpose of the account from the outset.
We directly coordinate the application, identification, bank meeting, and document transfer without an additional chain of intermediaries. If the account relates to investments, real estate, or the client’s own business, we add evidence of the relevant source of wealth. Personal and corporate cash flows are separated from the outset so the banking profile remains consistent and clear.
For a non-resident, we begin by confirming an available product and the client’s genuine connection to the UAE. We determine which account format the selected bank permits, the applicable currencies and minimum balances, whether an in-person meeting is required, and which purposes the bank is prepared to consider. We build the strategy only around banks whose policies fit the client’s actual profile.
We prepare an enhanced file: passport and entry documents, proof of foreign address, references and statements from an existing bank, and information on income, source of funds, source of wealth, tax residence, assets, business, or investments in the UAE. We separately explain why the client needs a UAE account and what transactions are expected.
We arrange the filing, visit, or interview and manage all further communication with the bank directly. We review forms and responses to follow-up questions. If the initial product is unsuitable, we propose another banking route or first establish the missing foundation: residence status, a documented economic connection, or an appropriate corporate structure. We do not submit a weak application in the hope of a chance approval.
We handle multilayered structures, cross-border flows, virtual assets, regulated and high-risk sectors, PEP profiles, sanctions-related factors, complex geographies, previous refusals, and account closures. Before approaching a bank, we reconstruct the complete risk profile and distinguish facts that can be documented and explained from circumstances that require a different strategy.
For enhanced due diligence, we assemble an expanded package: the ownership chain through the ultimate beneficial owners, evidence of source of wealth and each source of funding, contracts, invoices, financial statements, licenses, regulatory approvals, AML procedures, and a matrix of proposed transactions, counterparties, and settlement countries. We correct inconsistencies in the source documents instead of masking them with an explanatory letter.
We select a bank capable of considering the specific model and present the file directly to the appropriate relationship manager without intermediaries. We frame the materials for bank compliance, manage follow-up requests directly, and keep a complex matter in active communication.
Opening an account does not end the banking process. Banks conduct periodic and event-driven KYC updates upon license and visa renewals, changes of address, directors, owners, or signatories, and changes in activities, geographies, turnover, or transaction patterns. We collect updated information in advance and refresh the banking file before outdated data becomes a problem.
In response to a bank request, we prepare evidence for specific transactions: contracts, invoices, acceptance documents, shipping and trade documents, statements, source of funds, and the commercial basis of the payment. We clarify the request and deliver the agreed response directly, without intermediaries. The actual transaction must align with the license, contracts, accounting records and the banking profile previously disclosed.
Our legal, accounting, and AML/Compliance teams present one consistent picture to the bank. The client does not have to collect fragmented explanations from several providers or repeat the same information. An up-to-date file shortens response times, reduces the risk of restrictions caused by incomplete data, and turns the banking relationship into a managed, ongoing process.
We will combine the right services and create one clear workflow.
