After launch, we keep the license under continuous management: changes to the medical director, services, premises, equipment, owners, and professionals are processed through applicable approvals. The license, actual operations, and evidence of compliance remain aligned.
We determine the company’s place in the regulated chain: manufacturer, marketing authorization holder, marketing office, pharmaceutical warehouse, importer, distributor, pharmacy, scientific office, or medical device supplier. We separate licensing of the company itself, authorization of the pharmaceutical establishment, and registration of specific medicines, equipment, and medical products. We develop the approvals route through the federal medicines regulator, Emirates Drug Establishment (EDE), and other applicable authorities. After market entry, we manage variations and renewals, pharmacovigilance, amendments to registration dossiers, and controls over advertising, import, storage, and documentation. The company receives an operating regulatory framework for the orderly launch and support of products in the UAE, not a one-time registration.
We build an industrial project from the product and manufacturing process. We define raw materials, process steps, equipment, capacity, energy consumption, waste, storage, personnel, site requirements, and future sales markets. We define the precise gold trading model: unrefined gold, doré bars, investment gold, gold scrap, recycled material, semi-finished products, jewelry, wholesale, import, export, or re-export. We identify origin and destination countries, suppliers, buyers, logistics, storage, settlement arrangements, and the company’s role in the supply chain. We then select the jurisdiction, licensed activities, and workable structure.
We manage the launch of the trading company as one project. We handle registration and licensing and establish the customs route, secure logistics, storage, insurance, supply agreements and banking profile. We separately determine where the company must document the metal’s quality, origin, weight, and purity, and which requirements apply to labeling, certification, and physical handling.
Before the first transaction, we implement an anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing framework for dealers in precious metals and stones. We prepare the risk assessment and customer and supplier due diligence procedures, identify ultimate beneficial owners, and assess sanctions restrictions and the source of funds and gold. We begin a refining project with the technology and feedstock model. We define the types of gold accepted, supply sources, processing methods, design capacity, product output, laboratory control, handling of waste and chemicals, storage, security, and sales channels. On this basis, we build the industrial, corporate, and regulatory structure of the facility.
We manage approvals for the site, industrial activity, technical design, manufacturing equipment, environmental requirements, civil defense and fire safety, hazardous materials, laboratory, and product release. We coordinate the local industrial license, industrial production authorization, import of raw materials and equipment, customs framework, and site inspection readiness. All participants follow one plan, and technical changes are immediately reflected in the licensing package.
A separate workstream addresses responsible sourcing of gold. We implement supply-chain management, supplier due diligence and approval, risk indicators, enhanced due diligence, assessment of conflict-affected and high-risk areas, risk mitigation, internal reporting, and evidence retention. We organize independent review and mandatory reporting on the refinery’s supply-chain due diligence and connect it with AML, sanctions, and actual procurement.
If the project includes the UAE Good Delivery standard or another market standard, we treat it as a separate stage after an operating facility and its production and control systems have been established. We do not substitute an ordinary commercial license for accreditation. We manage government filings directly and coordinate approved technical and audit specialists without an unnecessary chain of intermediaries until the refinery is ready to operate.
We first classify the product and proposed operations precisely. We determine whether the project involves weapons, ammunition, explosives, military equipment, advanced defense technology, components, repair, testing, storage, trading, brokering, import, export, or dual-use goods. This classification determines the licensing authority, permissible corporate structure, and entire subsequent route.
We structure the project around requirements for owners, management, personnel, site, production, warehouses, and physical and information security. We assemble the corporate file, technical description, supply-chain data, end-use and end-user documents, storage and transportation plans, export controls, and permissions for equipment, technology, and materials. Sensitive information is maintained in a controlled electronic archive with restricted access and complete version history.
We coordinate commercial registration with approvals from the competent authorities of the Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Interior, export control system, and other applicable bodies. We work directly and without intermediaries where the official process permits engagement by the applicant and its representatives. Specialist technical advisers are engaged as needed, but strategy, documents, deadlines, and responses remain centrally managed.
After obtaining the required approvals, we establish ongoing control over licenses, personnel, premises, import, export, storage, movement, testing, and contracts. Any change to a product, supply chain, or activity undergoes regulatory review and is documented before the operation begins.
We analyze the education model before registration: school, early learning center, university, branch of a foreign institution, vocational institute, corporate training, or specialized short courses. Based on these factors, we select the jurisdiction and applicable route through the Dubai Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK), a federal authority, or another competent body.
We prepare the commercial and educational package: institutional concept, program list and content, intended learning outcomes, details of the awarding and accrediting organization, proposed academic head, faculty structure, internal policies, student protections, and premises plan. For medical, cosmetology, aviation, security, and other specialized courses, we obtain additional approvals from the sector regulator in advance.
We run the commercial and educational workstreams in parallel. We manage the trade name, initial approval, educational permit, commercial license, lease, technical readiness of the site, personnel, and inspection. We work directly with the education and licensing authorities and official systems without intermediaries and address findings relating to the programs and institution centrally.
After opening, we support new courses, branches, instructors, advertising, changes in ownership and management, renewals, and mandatory reporting. The institution grows within its authorized model, and new programs are launched only after the required approvals rather than retroactively.
We determine the company’s actual role: air carrier, private or commercial aviation operator, maintenance provider, aviation training provider, ground handler, cargo operator, charter business, unmanned systems operator, or maritime or specialized transport provider. We separate ordinary business registration from industry certificates, permits, and approvals for personnel, equipment, and specific operations.
For aviation projects, we build the route through the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) and the applicable emirate authority. For transportation and logistics projects, we connect the commercial license with carriage permits, vehicles, drivers, routes, ports, airports, customs, warehousing, and handling of regulated cargo. Dangerous, valuable, medical, and temperature-controlled goods receive a separate workstream.

We manage certification, requests, operational-readiness reviews, and satisfaction of conditions before launch, and after launch track renewals and changes to fleet or equipment, personnel, and authorized operations.
We begin by determining the regulatory boundaries of the digital product. We establish whether the company creates a public telecommunications network, provides subscriber services, satellite communications, infrastructure, radio-spectrum services, an electronic platform, regulated media activity, or merely supplies software and equipment. This separates activities requiring a special license or permit from an ordinary technology business.
For a regulated telecommunications model, we prepare the ownership and governance structure, network and service description, technical architecture, deployment plan, financing, spectrum and numbering needs, security requirements, equipment list, and rationale for the project’s contribution to the UAE economy. We separately manage type approvals, frequency allocation, satellite permissions, and engagement with other authorities affected by the model.
We assess media and digital projects by content format, platform, advertising, publications, broadcasting, social media, and monetization method. We assemble the commercial license, permission from the UAE Media Council or applicable authority, owner and responsible-person information, channel list, and internal controls over content and advertising.
We work directly with the UAE Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA), the UAE Media Council, licensing authorities, and official systems without intermediaries. We translate the technical description into regulated activities, manage requests centrally, and prevent a product from launching with a key function outside its permitted scope.
We define the specific activity: protection of sites and individuals, event security, transport of cash and valuables, maritime security, secure storage, security consulting, technical audits, installation and maintenance of security systems, or manufacture, sale, or lease of security equipment. For each model, we identify the applicable regulatory framework and requirements for the company, owners, managers, and personnel.
We prepare the licensing package, appoint mandatory responsible persons, and verify the qualifications of engineers, technicians, security managers, instructors, and guards. We align the commercial license with the requirements of Dubai’s Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA) or another competent authority, personnel licensing, equipment approvals, training, and inspections. After launch, we monitor renewals, personnel approvals, new contracts and sites, equipment replacement, inspections, and changes in activity. The company retains the right to provide services in practice, not only on paper: its license, people, equipment, and internal procedures remain aligned with actual operations.
We classify the project across the full chain: food production or processing, restaurant production or delivery-only kitchen, import and distribution, cold chain, warehouse, farm, livestock, agricultural technology, veterinary clinic, laboratory, pharmacy, or animal-feed production. We determine requirements for the facility, products, personnel, transportation, storage, and sales market before selecting the license and premises.
For a food business, we connect commercial and industrial registration with food-establishment permits, layout approval, Food Code requirements, product registration and labeling, import permits, batch release, temperature controls, transportation, and the food-safety system. For veterinary and agricultural projects, we build the route through the UAE Ministry of Climate Change and Environment (MOCCAE) and local authorities. We coordinate premises and land, environmental approvals, veterinary staffing, laboratory, equipment, radiology installations, pharmacy, farm, biosecurity, and waste handling. All elements are assembled into one inspection-readiness project.

For environmental and hazardous-material projects, we build the route around the type of waste or substance, storage and processing location, transportation, emissions, discharges, emergency procedures, and civil defense and fire-safety requirements. For medical, industrial, research, and oilfield-service projects using radiation sources, we separately manage licenses and permits from the UAE Federal Authority for Nuclear Regulation (FANR) for regulated materials, import, export, storage, and use.
