What We Cover
We arrange residence status for owners, shareholders, partners, and investors based on valid corporate documents. We begin by reviewing the company structure, license, immigration file, and applicant’s status, then determine the appropriate route and prepare a complete application package.
Depending on the procedure, we arrange an entry permit or in-country status change, medical examination, residence visa, and Emirates ID. The client receives one document checklist, a clear sequence of steps, and advance notice of any stage requiring personal attendance.
A dedicated coordinator manages submissions, appointments, payments, and communication with the relevant authorities until the agreed procedure is complete.
We identify the Golden Visa category that matches the client’s actual circumstances and build the application around a documented basis. We assess investments, business ownership, an entrepreneurial project, professional qualifications, or another applicable status.
We prepare the supporting evidence: corporate and financial documents, proof of ownership or investment, professional credentials, letters, and references where required for the selected category. We arrange translations and attestations, prepare and file the application, and respond to follow-up requests.
If the project includes a spouse, children, or other eligible family members, their applications are incorporated into the overall process from the outset. We manage the entire procedure, from the initial eligibility review through completion for the principal applicant and family.
We integrate the Emirates ID application into the residence visa issuance or renewal process. We prepare the application, verify personal data, arrange the medical examination and biometrics, and monitor issuance and collection of the card.
We reconcile the information in the passport, immigration documents, and government systems so the entire package is consistent before filing. If a phone number, address, or other detail changes, we update the record; if the card is lost or damaged, we manage its replacement.
We also handle Emirates ID renewals and related administrative steps so the client only attends the stages that require personal participation.
Once a company decides to hire, we take full responsibility for the employee’s immigration process. We review the employer’s immigration file, available quota, job title, passport, and educational documents where required.
We prepare the offer letter and employment contract, obtain the work permit through MOHRE or the relevant free zone, and then manage the entry permit or status change, medical examination, residence visa, and Emirates ID. We align the immigration documents with the internal HR documentation and the terms of employment.
The company and employee receive one action schedule, while a dedicated coordinator manages filings, signatures, government fees, requests, and document issuance. If the position, terms, or status later changes, we revise the process and complete the required updates.
We arrange residence visas for spouses, children, and other eligible dependents based on the sponsor’s valid status. We verify sponsorship eligibility, the validity of the sponsor’s residence visa, family composition, and readiness of the supporting documents.
We prepare marriage and birth certificates, evidence of family relationship, income, and housing, and arrange the required translations, attestations, and legalization. Once the package is ready, we manage applications, medical procedures, and Emirates ID where required for the selected category.
We plan the sponsor’s and family members’ applications together: documents are processed in the correct sequence, and future renewal dates are added to a single calendar of renewals and required actions.
We manage in-country immigration status changes, residence visa and Emirates ID renewals, updates to personal or corporate information, and cancellation of existing documents. Before starting, we determine the correct sequence and identify all interdependent steps.
For employees, we coordinate the work permit, employment contract, residence visa, and Emirates ID; for family members, we account for the dependence of their documents on the sponsor’s status. We prepare applications, arrange signatures and payments, and coordinate with MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, or the relevant free zone.
If a client is moving to a new immigration basis, we prepare the next process in advance and launch it once the previous status has been properly concluded.
We maintain one calendar for the residence visas, Emirates IDs, work permits, and related documents of owners, employees, and family members. We also track passport, license, and company immigration file validity because they may affect the next required action.
We begin renewal preparation in advance: requesting documents, reviewing changes, calculating fees, arranging appointments, and assembling the filing package. One coordinator tracks pending applications, follow-up requests, payments, issuance, and collection of documents.
The client receives a concise status update showing what is complete, what is under review, what must be provided, and what comes next. Immigration becomes a continuously managed function rather than a series of isolated urgent tasks.
We will combine the right services and create one clear workflow.
